Our client is a global leader in its industry, and they have an opportunity available for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the role of a Technical Advisor for the Kwa-Zulu Natal and Free State region. The ideal candidate can be based in either the Free State or KZN.
Duties & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
Marketing irrigation products and services
Train and advise clients regarding technical information and product range
Provide technical support and assist clients in the design of irrigation systems
Building healthy client relationships
Education and Experience:
Tertiary qualification(s) related to Irrigation and/or Civil Engineering
Minimum 3- 5 years’ practical experience in the design and selling of irrigation systems.
Language: Afrikaans and English
Excellent marketing skills
Excellent people skills
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Excellent relationship management experience and the ability to sell a concept
Desired Attributes:
Ability to work independently.
Energetic and dynamic qualities
Strategic thinker
Have sound business acumen and communication skills
Be well organised and have good time management
Believe in opportunity, accountability, and drive change
Ability to listen to and understand a customer’s needs
