Minimum Requirements
- Matric or relevant tertiary qualification/s
- +6 Years sales experience with a proven TES track record (proven clients network in local or international market is advantageous)
- Must have the abilities to discharge above average responsibilities in directly dealing with clients and their stakeholders in the Temporary Employment Service (TES)
- Good knowledge of South African Labour Legislations basic condition of Employment ACT. Bargaining Council, Labour Relation Act
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (with own reliable transport)
- Identify, screen, assess clients needs and sell /present company services I.E (TES solution)
- Draft proposals prepare costings, create and conduct sales presentations
- Management of already existing Clients and continuously converting new clients into our business
- Constant interaction with clients and make sure all clients queries have resolved timeously
- Ensure 24 hours or less turn around time to deliver the quotation after receiving the request and negotiate accordingly
- Ensure all relevant documents are completed by the client
- Ensure that the client is aware of company procedures to ensure timeous payment of services
- Ensure monthly desk cost are met
- Friendly with positive attitude, team player, excellent cross team work abilities, extremely confident, excellent problem solving skills (critical thinker) thrive well under pressure, self motivated, honest and sincere
